Display frozen and buttons not working:

Reset the watch by holding down all 4 buttons at the same time until the display clears. On VibraLITE 2,3 and 8, the display will automatically return to the 12:00 default. Reset the time, etc. On VibraLITE 12 and VibraLITE “Mini”, the display will remain cleared until you hold down all 4 button at the same time to activate the battery. Reset the time, etc.

Vibration is weak or not working:

Check that the vibration feature is turned on. VibraLITE 2 and 3: Check that Vibration Icon is highlighted at the top right corner of the display. Note: Setting for Vibration is done while the display shows in the Calendar/Time Mode. VibraLITE 8, 12 and “Mini”: Check Option Mode to see if vibration is turned to ON. VIBRA (or VIB) ON will show on the display. If the vibration feature is turned on and the vibration is weak or not working, replace the battery. VibraLITE 2,3,8 and 12 use a CR2032 lithium battery. VibraLITE “Mini” uses a CR1632 lithium battery.

Audible not working:

Check that the sound feature is turned on. VibraLITE 2 and 3: Check that Sound Icon is highlighted at the top right corner of the display. Note: Setting for Sound is done while the display shows in the Calendar/Time Mode. VibraLITE 8,12 and “Mini”: Check Option Mode to see if sound is turned to ON. SOUND(or SND) ON will show on the display. If the sound feature is tuned on and the battery has been replaced recently, check the back plate of the watch to make sure it is not fastened upside down. If so, remove it and refasten correctly.

EL light not working:

Replace the battery.
Use CR2032 lithium battery for VibraLITE 2,3,8 and 12.
Use CR1632 lithium battery for VibraLITE “Mini”.

How can I get service on my watch?

Qualified service personnel must service this watch. Attempt to service the watch by the user may void the warranty. Before sending your watch for service, have the battery checked and/or try resetting by pushing all 4 buttons at the same time and hold until the display clears. Reset time etc. by following the User Instructions.
